My husband is self employed and we are considering buying or own health insurance, as I’m really only working to pay for daycare and health insurance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just don’t know which companies I can trust.

The job is usually the place to get insurance, but who will give insurance from someone only working about 3 days a week?

My company had fewer than 20 employees. Is there a way I can maintain coverage? I understand that COBRA does not apply with companies that have fewer than 20 employees.

I am independent and live on my own, am not dependent on parents once so ever. I have no job now and I really should have health insurance. I can’t afford a monthly insurance bill without having a steady source of income, because I’m in college F.T. I am very healthy and have never needed to go to the hospital for anything in my childhood. But I feel that I should have health insurance now because of all the stuff I do, that I could easily get hurt. Please advise.
