With many larger employers.. this pre-existing clause is waived.. you, or your spouse need to find a job with a large company that has this pre-existing waiver to get your health care covered. I don't know where you live but maybe you could try applying for state medical assistance which, if you qualify based on your income/assets/age/health condition, may help pay for medical bills until you find something else.
